Our Board of Directors oversees SPECS' overall strategic direction, chaired by the Managing Director & CEO of NILEPET and deputized by our joint venture partner QDC, while day-to-day operations are led by the President together with the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and department heads across HR, Finance, PMC, Operation & Maintenance, and HSE.
