MEET OUR LEADERSHIP
Our Board of Directors oversees SPECS' overall strategic direction, chaired by the Managing Director & CEO of NILEPET and deputized by our joint venture partner QDC, while day-to-day operations are led by the President together with the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and department heads across HR, Finance, PMC, Operation & Maintenance, and HSE. Our team is our greatest asset. We have built a team we're genuinely proud of - talented engineers and professionals from across South Sudan and beyond. We hire experienced professionals and invest in fresh graduates, giving them the training and support they need to grow with us because keeping great people starts with treating them right.

Founded SPECS on the premise of providing quality services in Project Management Consultancy and Operation & Maintenance. Under his leadership, the company has secured multi-million dollar contracts with major petroleum operating companies.

Mr. Ruibo Fan
General Manager
Works closely with the President on business and client development and heads the administration team. The role oversees all business operations to achieve corporate goals, drives strategy for profitability, quality, and productivity, and manages budgeting and expense oversight. The General Manager also leads staffing and team coordination, providing guidance to employees and ensuring the organization is properly resourced to meet its objectives.

Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites and company operations.
Eng. Abraham Makoi Agot
Technical Operation and Maintenance Manager
The Operation and Maintenance Manager holds overall responsibility for the safe, reliable operation of plant facilities, leading the O&M organization through project phases including quality assurance, commissioning, and start-up. The role drives maintenance systems, process improvement, and incident response, while ensuring hazards are mitigated and team performance is managed effectively. He also oversees Project Management Consultancy services, managing all aspects of project delivery from planning through execution.
Mr. John Luth Majock
HR & Admin Manager
The Human Resources Manager oversees the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment, orientation, and training to performance appraisal and staff development. The role maintains organizational pay structures and benefits programs, ensures legal compliance across HR practices, and manages HR policies, procedures, and records. The HR Manager also handles employee relations, resolving grievances and supporting managers on staff matters, while maintaining professional HR standards and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
