- Moleeta Field Production Facilities (Moleeta FPF), one of the four field production facilities owned by DPOC, which is being managed by the SIPET’s Project Management Consulting engineers.
- Unity Power Plant owned by Greater Pioneer Petroleum Operating Company (GPOC).

EPCC(Engineering procurement construction and commissioning) Projects.
The MUNGA Reinstatement Project was initiated in 2019 to restore and modernize critical upstream infrastructure, ensuring continuity in production and enhancing operational resilience. Launched under challenging market conditions, the project leveraged technical innovation, financial discipline, and multi-stakeholder coordination. SPECS was the Project Management Consultant (PMC), overseeing the design, execution, and closure phases across multiple packages while managing funding gaps and contractual complexities.
Field Services Facilities (FSF), Reinstatement of field utilities and service infrastructure.
Field Production Facilities (FPF), Delivery of transformers, MDBs, and RMUs and installation of export pumps.
OHTL & MUNGA Substation: Provision of transformers and Rehabilitation of transmission lines and substations
Produced Water Management System: Construction of retention ponds and bioremediation fencing.
MUNGA Export Pipeline: Rehabilitation of the export pipeline system for stable crude evacuation
EPCC THARJIATH & MALA PROJECTS IN SPOC
- Tharjiath Field Surface Facilities (FSF): Flow lines and manifolds.
- Tharjiath Central Processing Facility (TJ-CPF): For oil, water, and gas separation.
- 172km Export Pipeline: To Heglig (GPOC’s Pump Station No. 1), including valve stations and cathodic protection.
EPCC THARJIATH & MALA PROJECTS .
- Central Power Plant (CPP): Supplying up to 30MW.
- Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL): Powering remote facilities.
- Mala De-Gassing and Flare Facilities (DGFF): Processing Mala field crude before transfer to the TJ-CPF.
- The contract scope comprises of environmental monitoring and soil modelling study for DPOC oilfield. .
